Sales & Business Development Manager

Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to lead and grow our client base in the steel fabrication industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to the strategic growth of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will identify and pursue new project opportunities across construction, commercial, and industrial sectors to expand our client base.

  • You will build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and project managers to ensure continuous engagement and repeat business.

  • You will prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, ensuring that client needs are understood and addressed with competitive, tailored solutions.

  • You will lead negotiations, ensuring that contract terms meet both the client’s expectations and the company’s financial goals.

  • You will monitor industry trends and client demands, and proactively adjust strategies to stay competitive in the market.

  • You will coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure project feasibility and timelines are accurately aligned with client deliverables.

  • You will attend client meetings, site visits, and industry events to actively represent the company and identify future business opportunities.

  • You will maintain detailed records of sales performance, market intelligence, and client feedback to contribute to strategic planning.

Key Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the construction or steel fabrication sector.

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (Arabic and English).

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.

  • Knowledge of the Saudi market and regulations is a plus.

  • Valid driving license.
